Town Farm Camping and Caravanning

Welcome to Town Farm Camping & Caravanning

The campsite is open all year round.  The chalk based ground provides good drainage so even in torrential rain, tents and motorhomes won't sink!

NEW for 2013: We now have a second VW campervan tent available to rent, please contact for more details.

The play area has also just been extended, the new part is more suitable for younger children

Town Farm is a new camp site with stunning views over the Vale of Aylesbury and Ivinghoe Beacon.

CampersTown Farm is a working farm nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and has been run by the Leach family since the early 1930s. About 1,000 sheep are farmed on the Beacon Hill and surrounding high ground, while the lower fields are used for crop cultivation. The `Pick Your Own` opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables. The farm enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding countryside including the local landmark - Ivinghoe Beacon, which marks the start of the famous Ridgeway Walk.

The farm is close to the Grand Union Canal with the towpath and boat trips available. We are within an easy trip to London by train in 50 minutes, the snow centre in Hemel Hempstead and ten minutes from Whipsnade Safari Park. There is a wealth of attractions nearby to entertain in wet and dry weather.

In 2012 we built a new shower block so we now have two blocks to choose from!

Please note that we are a family campsite, with a no-noise policy after 11pm.
